Dear Fly Fishing Industry Leader,
We would like to personally invite you to exhibit at the International Fly Fishing Fair. The Fair will be held at Park High School and will be open August 4 – August 6. Exhibitor set-up is on Wednesday August 3 and the Exhibit hall hours will be Thursday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
The Fly Fishing Fair is the IFFF’s yearly education and fundraising event. Held annually it attracts attendees from across the country and around the world. The Fair offers workshops, programs, demonstrations on fly tying and fly casting, fly fishing tactics, aquatic entomology, fly rod building, angling ethics, water safety and many related topics. Also offered are youth activities, women’s programs, hour long presentations, photo contests, author book signings, auctions, raffles, and much more.
A major feature of the Fair is our exhibit hall where fly fishing companies, retailers, artists, travel services and other companies from the US and International who cater to the fly fishing lifestyle share new innovations, and sell products.
If you’re interested in having an exhibit space, fill out and return the enclosed 3-page Contract. We encourage early sign-up as there is limited space and those spaces will be sold quickly on a first come first serve basis. If you have any questions about your booth location, please contact me at 541-549-2072, or Jessica Atherton, the Fair Coordinator at the IFFF office by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 406-222-9369 ext. 107.
If you are planning to attend we would like to invite you to participate in all of our our celebratory activities. Please consider attending one or more of our meal functions, attend a workshop, become a sponsor, or donate products to our auction and raffles.
We hope you will make the decision to join us in Livingston!
Sherry Steele, Exhibitor Chair
