IFFF Foundation Supports Organization's Goals

The IFFF Foundation was incorporated in 1995 as a 501 (c) 3 public charitable foundation. All gifts to the Foundation are exempt from Federal Income taxes. The purpose for which the Foundation was established was to have available to supporters of the IFFF an independent vehicle to which donors could make long term gifts to the IFFF, its Councils, Clubs and other organizations in support of the objectives of the IFFF to provide funding for conservation, restoration and education projects and programs. Gifts of cash, bequests under wills, proceeds of life insurance, securities, retirement plans and other income tax or estate tax advantage gifts are welcomed. These gifts are invested and managed as long-term endowment funds with only investment income earnings distributed as grants to worthy recipients'. No principal is distributed thereby building and providing a continuing source of grant funds.

Board of Trustees

The Foundation is managed by a Board of Trustees, nominated by the President of the IFFF and approved by the IFFF Board of Directors.
